1. Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 lebanese cucumber, peeled
- 2 whole limes, peeled
- 1 medium-large avocado
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- stevia
- 1 cup Ice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into your powerful high speed blender and combine well!
- Serve in a Smoothie bowl or glass and enjoy.

2. Chia seed pudding with quinoa
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp. soaked almonds
- ¼ cup strawberries
- stevia
Directions:
- Soak chia seeds overnight with water
- Add chia seeds, to the bottom of the glass, add ½ the strawberries, add the cooked quinoa on top, add the last bit of strawberries and top with unsweetened almond milk.
- Sweeten with stevia to taste
