For all repairs please contact AlkaViva at sales@alkaviva.com.au or on 02 9000 1998 to receive an RMA number. They will assess and advise an RMA number if shipment to our Service Centre is required.

Once you have your RMA number;

1. Please fill in the Repair Form below which will be sent straight to our repair centre.
2. Download and refer to the RMA Instructions for shipping address and repair details.
